The strategic objective of turning into a data-driven organization is being adopted by more and more organizations globally. Nevertheless, users are often lacking the tools to efficiently access the available information.
Decision makers at our clients’ organization were approaching data aggregation manually, with the result that outcomes were partial and delayed to a point where their relevance was questioned. But they were at the same time expected to take data highly into account for any strategic planning. Having easy access to their key KPIs across key markets sounded like a dream.
Redslim took charge of enriching and integrating their market data across 30 countries, taking into account different coverage in retail and categories tracking. During processing and preparing the back-end, we defined the reporting needs of their users and the customization of Redslim SPRINT, the selected front-end.
The data was harmonized across 15 global manufacturers, including alignment of channels nomenclature for a quicker access to insights. It is now organized in 29 custom dashboard so that different perspectives are just a couple of clicks away. Ad-hoc data access, along with full project documentation, was made available online. Every user can now be independent in making the data-driven impact which is expected of him.
