Agencies' business processes are designed around local markets. Input data feeds from local panels and consumers into factories that are designed around specific structures and nuances. Organizations are operating globally, but sources of information remain very much localized. In most cases, it's impossible for a country-driven data agency to support the complex needs of global client teams.
When asked by their global CPG client to consolidate their dozens of categories and countries into consistent reports, the agency business partner was stuck in a difficult position. With the tools currently available in the organization, it would have taken months of work and an enormous amount of resources to satisfy the needs of this client.
Redslim was the right subcontractor for this job. As an agile organization capable of managing both data alignment and customized reports, it took Redslim only a few weeks to produce this complex set of reports. The agency retained ownership of the commercial relationship with the client while relying on a solid partner for the actual delivery.
The agency was able to demonstrate a global breadth of understanding that required tools that extend beyond its standard processes. The client was fully satisfied with the results, which were achieved within a reasonable budget and with unprecedented speed.
